Renovation
Some of the most exciting homes to work with is a craftsman style house. Our team was very excited for this project. We made sure to keep the same layout but upgraded many features of the home. The flooring was badly damaged and needed to be replaced. We also upgraded the kitchen with new cabinets and appliances. The highlighted large windows with trim gave the outside a fresh coat of paint. The inside turned into a modern craftsman style that was beautiful & calming.

Remodel
Berkeley, CA is known for it's artistic features and cultural presence so this project gave us an opportunity to really use our creativity. In the front unit of this beautiful Berkeley home, we upgraded two of the bathrooms and removed the entryway walls to create an open kitchen, dining, and living space. In the back unit we modernized the bathroom on the upper floor and installed a new kitchen on the lower level.
Renovation
This project was designed and inspired by the location of the home, so we targeted a calming modern design. We decided to extend the grandeur of the living spaces and master bedroom by opening up walls and installing eye-catching lighting. The home boasted large windows in every room, and by
brightening up the color we were able to bring out a natural glow throughout the entire home.

Bathroom Remodel
We chose to go with a contemporary design for this bathroom. We added in a floating vanity and separated it from the shower and toilet, we were able to elongate the entire room and add the feeling of more space. Despite a small window, we installed the bright lighting that gives it the natural vibe. We installed all new tiles on the floor and shower wall.
Living Room Addition
For this current project we are adding on an addition to a clients home. We will be extending their current living room and opening up their kitchen space to create a large open floor plan. Our team are professionals in code and compliance and are working around the clock to meet inspections and assure our plans are approved no matter what city are working in.
Kitchen Remodel
This kitchen was inspired by a blend of a traditional and a modern design The original kitchen did not use all of the available space. So by pushing out one small section of a wall, we created the room needed to add in a luxurious island with a waterfall countertop. The stylish backsplash brings out the color in the marbled surfaces with brand new appliances.

Adeline Johnson kept me up to speed throughout the entire process and made me feel very at ease. She has a great team; they did a full remodel for me, and it came out better than I imagined. We had some permit issues which made me feel like the project would not finish on time, but they took care of it and completed it faster than I expected. Would definitely recommend them.
